PBTC February Newsletter

Message from our New President
I'd like to start with a quick recap of what's going on at the club.  Court maintenance is a priority. That's why the nets on courts 1 and 7 are going to be replaced and a spare net is being purchased.  Also, a new rear windscreen on court 4 should be installed soon.

Here are a few things that you need to be aware of. First, there's a no pet policy at the club. Pets are not allowed at the club at any time.  Second, please renew your membership if you have not yet done so.  You are now considered a guest and will need to pay the guest fee.  Third, the board has setup a land use committee to work with the city of San Diego, and other stakeholders, to promote and protect our club during the long process involving future changes to De Anza Cove. As a top priority, we will be advocating for the addition of REAL bathrooms for PBTC.  We will keep you informed with news on the De Anza Cove planning process.

On a different note, the board is planning to have more club-sponsored events and activities this year. Stay tuned for more information on upcoming events.  Now go out and play some tennis!!!
